  • check-in with you across the year to find out how you're doing (of course, you're welcome to reach out to me anytime should you have questions!)

The Grueling Process

 

Mind you, this isn’t for the faint hearted! Turning your life around in 48 hours requires you to give it your best – and I know that’s what you want to do.

When you book the Power Coaching you can schedule the first session straight into my diary (and yours).

Generally, we’d meet in a lavish hotel in the Cotswolds on a Friday around 4pm. We have our first 90-minute coaching session that same afternoon to discuss where you are in your career and life; and what to focus on throughout the weekend. Before we know it it’s time for some relaxation and dinner.

Bright and early we start on Saturday with breakfast, followed by two 90-minute sessions (with a little break in between). We then stretch our legs and clear our minds in the rose and lavender scented gardens before having a light lunch (more work to do in the afternoon!).

The afternoon follows a similar pattern with another two 90-minute sessions (and a lot of lightbulb moments) before we make some time for ourselves and relax in the beautiful surroundings. We come together for a scrumptious three-course dinner talking of nothing else but the weather…

By Sunday morning you’ll feel like you’ve been on a hot cycle in your washing machine – but I won’t let you hang out to dry! We kick off the day with a healthy and hearty breakfast and get going with two more 90-minute sessions that clear out the last residue of guilt, performance pressures and assumptions.

 

You’re doing fab!

Another light lunch (or high tea if you prefer) and it’s already time for our last session. We use these 90 minutes to put a strategy in place to ensure you achieve your work-life balance and create a routine that works for you!  

 

But what about online?

I’m in it – if you are! We can follow the same schedule as outlined above – but virtual coaching can be even more grueling than in person sessions! So instead, you can opt to stretch out the coaching over two weeks to work with your schedule and commitments.

 

It’s a fierce coaching marathon – but while we work, we also create opportunities to live, breathe and relax.

 

What if You Forgot Something?

That's okay! It's not only about the live coaching: you have my support for a FULL YEAR afterwards, too.  

I'm always just an email away. So if you forgot to mention that one of your goals in life is to run the London Marathon drop me an email. I'll go back to my records of our session and then advise you on how to best fit the training into your work-life balance routine.

  6. For a whole year after completing the Power Coaching you can email me anytime for support.

 

 

For example, have your coaching session on a Tuesday, do your homework right after the call, and you can schedule your next call that very same day.
