I am responsible for the processing of your personal data on this website and in my coaching and advisory work, within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
When you order Laser Coaching. The order form asks for your name, email address and billing address, your choice about when your sessions start, and, if you choose to answer, which situation describes you best and how you heard about the offer. I use this data to conclude and carry out our contract, issue your invoice and open your calendar access. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract). Your answers to the optional questions are voluntary. I use them to prepare your sessions and to understand which channels reach people (Article 6(1)(b) and (f), my interest in running my practice well).
When you book and attend sessions. I process the data you share in sessions and the notes I make, so that I can coach you and keep track of your tasks. What we discuss is confidential. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b).
When you contact me. If you email me or book a free call, I process your details and your message to answer you. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) or (f).
Accounting. I keep invoices and payment records because tax and commercial law require it. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c).
I do not sell your data and I do not share it for advertising. I use the following service providers, who process data on my behalf:
Google (Google Workspace: Forms, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sites). The provider is Google Ireland Limited, with Google LLC in the USA. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by standard contractual clauses. I have concluded a data processing agreement with Google.
My bank, which processes your bank transfer.
I disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
Order and invoice data: for the statutory retention period, currently ten years under German tax and commercial law, then deleted.
Session notes and task records: two years after our contract ends, then deleted, unless the law requires longer.
Emails and enquiries: until the matter is closed, and no longer than three years afterwards.
You have the right to:
access the data I hold about you (Article 15)
have wrong data corrected (Article 16)
have your data deleted (Article 17)
have processing restricted (Article 18)
receive your data in a common format (Article 20)
object to processing based on my legitimate interest (Article 21)
To use any of these rights, email me at the address above.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. The authority responsible for me is Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover.
For the order, your name, email address and billing address are required, because I cannot conclude the contract or issue an invoice without them. All other answers are voluntary. I do not make decisions by automated means.
