Terms for Laser Coaching

1. Who this agreement is between

Claudia Unger, Hopfenkuhle 3, 21228 Harmstorf, info@claudia-unger.com ("I") and the person who purchases Laser Coaching ("you").

2. What you buy

Laser Coaching gives you the right to book coaching sessions with me for 12 months. It includes:

•         one first session of 30 minutes

•         further sessions of 15 minutes, booked in my online calendar

•         email support if you get stuck on a task between sessions

There is no limit on how many sessions you can book, and sessions are booked directly in my calendar.

3. How booking works

At the end of each session I give you one task. You complete it before you book your next session. If you are stuck, email me and we will find a way forward. If a task is not done, the next slot stays closed. 

You may have one active booking in my calendar at a time. If you book more than one, I cancel the extra bookings. 

4. Price and payment

The price is €2,000 for 12 months, payable in full in advance by bank transfer. After you order, I send you an invoice with my bank details. Payment is due within seven days of the invoice date. No VAT is charged under the small-business rule (§ 19 UStG). Your 12 months, and your access to my calendar, begin when your payment reaches my account.

5. Your 12 months

The 12 months start when I receive your payment. Your access to my calendar ends after 12 months. How much of it you use is up to you, and unused access is not refunded or extended. This does not affect your right of withdrawal under section 7.

If it becomes clear during Laser Coaching that you would benefit from regular coaching, we will talk about moving you to my full coaching programme. If you start the full programme within the first 3 months of your Laser Coaching, I credit the full €1,000 against the programme fee. If you decide to work with a different coach, the €1,000 is not refunded.

If you want to continue Laser Coaching after 12 months, we can agree on that separately.

6. Cancelling and rescheduling a session

Please cancel or move a booked session as early as you can, and at least [24 hours] before it starts. Changes need to be reasonable. If more than three sessions in one month are cancelled or moved, I may review the coaching with you, to see whether the format and timing work for you and how we continue.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a private individual, you can withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins on the day you place your order. To withdraw, send me a clear statement by email (for example: "I withdraw from my Laser Coaching contract of [date]"). Sending it within the 14 days is enough.

If you want your sessions to start before the 14 days end, you can tick the box on the order form. If you then withdraw and no session has taken place, I refund the full price. If one or more sessions have taken place, you pay €200 for the sessions held, and I refund the rest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal.

8. Confidentiality

What we discuss stays between us. I work to the Global Code of Ethics of the Association for Coaching. I may only share information if you agree in writing, or if the law requires it.

9. What coaching is and isn’t

Coaching is a process for thinking through your situation and making your own decisions. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or legal, tax or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and what you do with them. I cannot guarantee a specific result.

10. Liability

I am liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and where the law requires it. For slight negligence, I am liable only for breach of a core obligation of this contract, and only for the damage that could reasonably be foreseen when it was made. Any other liability is excluded.

11. Final provisions

German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live also apply. If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest stays in force. I may change these terms for future purchases, and the version you accepted at your order applies to you.
