Is 15 minutes really enough for genuine coaching? Yes. Because every Laser session starts from a completed task, we dive straight into real data. Fifteen focused minutes with a specific question delivers surprising breakthroughs. Standard coaching goes deep into a complex challenge and suits longer sessions. Laser Coaching is for the moment you’re wondering whether to change something at all.

What if I don’t complete the task between sessions? Then the next slot stays closed until you do. This is a feature, not a bug - it protects your investment by ensuring real-world progress rather than endless talking. If you get stuck, email me and we’ll recalibrate together.

What stops someone from booking out the whole calendar in advance? The mechanics of the programme! Laser Coaching only works if you test something in the real world before your next session. Booking multiple slots in advance defeats the entire concept. To protect the integrity of the process, you may only have one active 15-minute booking in the calendar at a time. If duplicate slots are booked, they are automatically cancelled so you stay focused on the task at hand.

What if I need more than 15 minutes for a complex situation? If a situation requires deeper strategic work, we’ll name it honestly. Some clients choose to transition into my full executive coaching programme, and I will always tell you transparently when that would serve you better.

Can my employer pay for Laser Coaching? Laser Coaching is a personal offer that you book and pay for yourself. If you later move into my full coaching programme and want your company to fund it, that is the point to bring in HR, and I’ll help you make the case.
